The metaCCAZE project has taken a significant step forward with the release of its latest deliverable, D3.1 – Trailblazer LL Management, Communication, and Engagement. This foundational document offers a comprehensive framework to support the effective development and operation of Trailblazing Living Labs (T-LLs), with a focus on management, communication, marketing, and engagement activities.
Trailblazing Living Labs are at the heart of the metaCCAZE project, functioning as experimental spaces where innovative mobility solutions are tested in real-world environments. Deliverable D3.1 provides detailed guidelines to streamline the management of these labs, define stakeholder roles and responsibilities, and establish processes for seamless collaboration among all participants.
The deliverable also emphasizes the importance of early and effective stakeholder engagement. By fostering participation from citizens, public authorities, businesses, and other key players, the guidelines aim to enhance the acceptance and uptake of metaServices and Use Cases within the T-LLs. Public engagement and communication are pivotal in building trust, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the innovative solutions developed meet community needs.
To support this, D3.1 introduces a robust framework for local communication and marketing strategies, offering practical steps to ensure the timely dissemination of information and meaningful public involvement. These strategies will be crucial during both the implementation and evaluation phases of the T-LLs, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
With Deliverable D3.1, the metaCCAZE consortium has reinforced its commitment to advancing smarter, greener, and more inclusive urban mobility. The guidelines set the stage for successful implementation and will play a key role in achieving the project’s overarching goals.
